Data Analyst

A boutique Investment firm in Ireland that provide a range of investment management and fund administration services and ManCo services is now looking to add a highly motivated data analyst to join a dedicated team responsible for oversight of liquid alternative products managed by the firm. The successful person will get the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a team of young energetic data professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of investment fund NAV development including performance, fees and investor flows
• Review and completion of quality check on data for internal and external reporting purposes (SFTR, PRIIPs KID, NAV, TER, etc.)
• Review, quality check, troubleshooting and ensuring availability of data at mandatory external & internal data sources
• Tracking voting, price approvals and governance-related tasks (e.g. viability & suitability)
• Collation and tracking of invoicing across multiple service providers
• Track and monitor withholding tax data across investment funds
• Support fund audit and ISAE 3402 on behalf of the management company
• Service provider meetings, periodic review, annual DD etc.
• Ad-hoc queries and project work

Skills and qualifications:

• Finance-related degree or similar qualification;
• 2-6 years of hands-on Data Analysis experience in a Service Provider or Investment Manager
• Experience in the funds/investments industry with solid NAV experience
• Keen interest in the broader investment environment.

The Offer

The salary on offer is negotiable but comes with bonus + benefits (VHI, 12% pension contribution, study support etc.) The role is hybrid.
