Our client are a well established Tech company with a global customer base who are looking to appoint a CFO/COO to their Senior Management Team.
About the role
- Drive commercial and strategic value throughout the organisation
- Oversee a number of internal business units including but not limited to, Finance and Operations
- Partner with the Sales Director and Sales function to ensure deal quality and integrity, aligning with the business strategy
About the person
- Experienced senior leader with minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience
- Track record of driving strategy and value across an organisation
- Must have track record as CFO in an investor led businesses
- Strong finance experience with an ability to bring large decisions down to margin and numbers at speed
- Strong people management and development experience
