Chief of Staff - Deal Advisory

My client is looking to make a key hire as part of growing their Deal Advisory offering.

This person will be involved in a variety of projects and transactions from cradle to grave, as well as strategic analysis. Great opportunity for someone looking to step into something with great potential in terms of redefining a career.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions from inception to close while growing the deal pipeline
• Provide key decision support information for transactions, using internal or external resources as needed
• Build working relationships with a wide range of cross border service providers
• Manage a team of analysts regarding work streams, meeting deliverables and professional development

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years relevant work experience
• Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience essential
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaborate on various teams
• Strong project management and technical ability bringing deals to completion, at pace
• Exceptional communicator, with an ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaborate on various teams
