EMEA Payroll Integration Project Manager

The Company
We are partnering exclusively with a rapidly scaling global HCM / Payments platform ISV on the appointment of an experienced EMEA Payroll Integration Manager.  

This is a key hire for The Company as they expand their offering across the EMEA region.

The Role and Responsibilities include:
Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and execute project plans for payroll integration projects across EMEA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure a comprehensive understanding of payroll integration needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management:
  • Work closely with payroll service providers and other relevant vendors to integrate systems and streamline payroll processes.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to payroll integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
 Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of payroll data and systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
Training and Documentation:
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new payroll systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the payroll function.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in payroll integration.

Skills and Qualifications required
  • To be considered a fit for this role you will need to have previous experience delivering Payroll Integration projects for Global Companies or other Global HCM/Payments providers. 
  • You will need to have full project lifecycle experience with an appropriate methodology qualification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, PMBOK etc.).
  • You will need to have excellent communication skills (fluent English and must other European languages a nice to have). 
  • You will need to be well organised and methodical in your approach to work.
