An established Insurance broker with offices across Ireland are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. In this role you would be responsible for the sale of personal insurance products and provide superior customer support.

Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries in an appropriate manner and utilise any out bounding opportunities made available. 
  • Manage the sales process for new prospects. 
  • Contact prospective customers to discuss their requirements. 
  • Achieve all targets and objectives monthly and annually. 
  • Adhere to scripts, procedures and management instructions at all times. 
  • Plan and organise the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised. 
  • Maintain product knowledge at all times.  
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions when required. 
  • At all times, adhere to  regulatory and legislative rules, codes , guidelines and all updates including
    • Minimum Competency Code 
    • Consumer Protection Code 
    • Fitness and Probity Standards
    • Data Protection Legislation
    • Prudential regulations
    • Money Laundering and Financial Sanctions Legislation  
Skills and qualification
  • Time management
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
  • Positively engage with other team members/ staff, insurers and clients at all times
  • Complete the appropriate annual CPD requirement and maintain Minimum Competency Code
