Solutions Consultant- FinTech

A fast-growing global financial technology company seeks a Solutions professional to join their growing operation.

The company are disrupting the FinTech market with their world-class software solutions. The Irish-owned business is expanding its Solutions function and is looking for an ambitious detail-oriented Solutions Consultant looking to grow their career in a dynamic and exciting growth market. You will deliver finance process automation solutions for global customers based on their innovative best-in-class software.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with global clients, understanding their processes, objectives, and challenges, and recommending tailored solutions.
• Configuration: Design solutions aligning with client needs, optimizing workflows, and integrating seamlessly with ERP systems.
• Product Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to automation solutions.
• Technical Analysis: Evaluate ERP integration requirements, assess compatibility, and provide guidance on data mapping and system interfaces.
• Training: Deliver engaging training and demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities and ERP system integration.
• Project Support: Assist clients in project planning, resource allocation, and change management for successful solution implementation.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, adhering to company policies.

The Candidate:

• A college degree or similar qualification in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the delivery of software projects and the support of enterprise software applications ideally with P2P/AP experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft).
• Eligible to work in Ireland with fluent written and verbal English.

• €50,000-€65,000
