Middle Office Analyst - ManCo

A boutique Investment firm in Ireland that provide a range of banking, investment management Management Company and fund administration services is now looking to add a highly motivated Middle Office Analyst to join a dedicated program management team focused on providing a high-quality service to its clients.

The Company is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated middle office analyst. The successful person will collaborate with existing functions in carrying out effective oversight of all delegated investment activities, and management company services in the Irish office

The Role:

• NAV review and reconciliation of cash, position, and income data
• Ensure trade processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly and security pricing is accurate.
• Ensure service level agreements are strictly observed and aassist in the due diligence of service providers;
• Cash management and currency hedging for funds under management
• Pricing and valuation review for funds under management
• Validation and management of fund invoicing for funds under management
• Ownership, management and resolution of all client and internal client queries
• Continuously improve processes within Liquid Strategies Middle Office
• Ensure timely preparation of data required for the periodic client- and regulatory reporting

Skills and qualifications:

• Finance-related degree or similar qualification;
• 2-5 years of experience in a Middle Office function in a ManCo/Fund Admin/Asset Manager
• Good IT skills i.e. data queries (SQL), VBA
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications predominantly Excel and using Excel formulas

The Offer

The salary on offer is €40,000 - €60,000 (D.O.E) + bonus + benefits (VHI, 12% pension contribution, study support etc.) Hybrid working policy.
