We are working exclusively with our client a global sales outsourcing and brand experience firm on the appointment of a Client Services Director. Reporting to the Managing Director this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within the business, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice. The main focus of this role is to manage the client relationship & provide leadership of the client teams to enable and drive performance that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship end-to-end
- Maintenance and development of client stakeholder relationships
- To recruit, train, motivate and develop direct reports
- Identification of business development opportunities
- To monitor and manage budgets, ensuring costs, sales and profit targets are met.
Skills and Experience
- Educated to Degree Level or Equivalent
- 7+ years Management / leadership experience in a similar sales or service or industry
- Knowledge of the Alcohol, Beverage industry. Experience in Brand, FMCG and On-Trade.
- Previous client management experience.
- Good Financial acumen with the ability to prepare and control budgets.
- Proven data driven analysis, reporting, presentation & communication skills
