Finance Manager - Credit Funds

A global investment powerhouse in alternative asset management is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Private Credit team. 

This role will sit in the Global Finance team and offers the opportunity to work alongside some world-class professionals and drive impactful decisions.  You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the firm and rapidly progress your career. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Detailed equity accounting and analysis: complex Partnership equity accounting, management fee and carried interest computations 

• Fund reporting: quarterly financial statements and performance returns 

• Preparation of Limited Partner statements 

• Preparation of annual financial statements 

• Work on capital calls, capital distributions and liquidity management 

• Drive process simplification / automation and improvements 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Qualified accountant (ideally) with circa 3 – 5 years’ PQE 

• Credit, Private Equity or Infrastructure experience 

• Experience of private funds, partnership accounting and financial instruments 

• Multi-jurisdiction and multi-currency experience 

• Ability to work at C-Suite and Partner level as well as be detail focused
