Fortis Recruitment is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Financial Accountant on behalf of our client within the Utilities Industry.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to progress in a diverse and thriving environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the company during a phase of substantial growth.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years PQE within Industry.
 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Completion of monthly duties such as journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Involved in monthly financial reporting across a number of entities.
• Complete monthly analysis of P&L and balance.
• Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and collaborate with External Auditors
• Ad hoc responsibilities as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Detail orientated with self-starter attitude
• Strong communicator, with an ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaborate on various teams
• Ability to work multiple assignments with varying deadlines
• Strong MS Excel experience

The Offer:

• Permanent Role - Based in South Dublin
• €60,000 - €65,000 Depending on Experience
