Fund Controller

One of the world’s largest Investment Managers is currently hiring for Fund Controller who will be responsible for managing the activities of a newly created investment fund. 

You will join their rapidly growing business based in Dublin city centre and as a highly visible position both locally and with head office in New York, this role offers fantastic learning and growth opportunities. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Lead financial reporting and fund accounting processes for newly created fund 

• Internal oversight of the Third Party Administrator 

• Prepare and review public and regulatory filings with administrator 

• Work cross functionally with other teams: Client Solutions, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Deal teams etc. 

• Liaise with investors 

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Qualified accountant (ideally) with circa 5 – 8 years’ PQE 

• Credit, Private Equity or Infrastructure experience 

• AIFM / MIFID experience 

• Knowledge of open ended fund structures 

• Multi-jurisdiction and multi-currency experience 

• Ability to work at C-Suite and Partner level as well as be detail focused
