The Company
Our client is a growing, wealth management company with offices in Dublin.  Due to recent growth they are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join the business to provide expert advice and guidance to their HNW and corporate clients.

The Job
The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional financial guidance to Company clients enabling them to reduce costs, minimize taxes, and build long-term wealth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Deliver expert advice on a range of financial products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and economic indicators.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and ongoing plan reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a holistic approach to client solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

The Person

We are looking for motivated financial advisors that are driven to help their clients achieve financial freedom faster. 

You will have experience building bespoke financial plans that take into consideration the following:
  • Investment strategies.
  • Retirement planning.
  • Tax optimization.
  • Estate planning.
  • Protection.

You will be QFA qualified at a minimum, with CFP, RPA or SIA accreditations being a significant advantage as well as at least 5 years professional experience in wealth management/financial advisory as well as:
  • Proven experience with Irish pensions, protection, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

The Offer:

This is a full time, permanent job with excellent career growth opportunities, the exact compensation package will be tailored to fit the experience of the person but will include the below:
  • Base Salary: €80,000 +/- DOE
  • Bonus: 5%-10%
  • Commission: uncapped.
  • Pension: 5%
  • Generous annual leave.
