Senior Project Manager

We are working exclusively with our client; a thriving global project and property management consultancy now growing in the Irish market . This is a great opportunity for a senior project manager to join a successful, dynamic, and growing organisation in an exciting new role.

Reporting to Director level the Senior Project Manager will deliver excellence in project management services based on experience and technical knowledge. The successful candidate will be client facing with proven communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be managing a variety of projects for clients and taking responsibility for the delivery of the project(s) on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client and all stakeholders.

This is a multifaceted role with pre contact, post contract, people, process and technology and business responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• Have a project management professional certification and at least 5 years project mgmt in multi disciplinary construction projects
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Have experience project managing on a variety of projects.
• Ideally you will have experience working in office fit outs, commercial or retail projects in addition to healthcare or life sciences experience
