Aaron O'Toole

Aaron joined Fortis in early 2026. At least, that's what we're told. We rarely actually see him.

That's because Aaron is our man on the ground with one of our key RPO partners, working onsite as part of their team and managing recruitment across their growing Engineering, Construction and Technology businesses. He might have Fortis on the payslip, but most days he's firmly embedded with the client. Which, to be fair, is exactly how RPO is supposed to work.

He came to us with several years of recruitment experience already under his belt and has quickly become part of the furniture onsite. Less so in the Fortis office, where sightings remain relatively rare.

There was, however, one slightly bizarre discovery when he joined.

It turns out Aaron already knew our other Aaron. And by "knew", we don't mean they'd crossed paths somewhere in Dublin recruitment. They sat beside each other at school from an early age.

Two separate careers. Two separate journeys. Both somehow end up working at Fortis.

Ireland really is a very small country!

RPO. Engineering. Onsite. Occasionally spotted at Fortis.
