We are a specialist buy-side recruitment firm. We work exclusively with hedge funds, private equity firms and institutional asset managers across Dublin, London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and UAE. That is the full extent of our focus - and that focus is deliberate.

Fortis Alpha exists to do the opposite.
The best hires happen when there is real understanding on both sides. When a hiring manager knows who is walking through the door and why, and a candidate knows exactly what they are stepping into.
That does not come from a database search. It comes from relationships, better conversations and advisors willing to tell you what you need to hear, not simply what you want to hear.
We are not a CV factory. We invest in the people and businesses we work with and hold ourselves accountable to outcomes, not activity.
HOW WE OPERATE
We combine deep market expertise with modern sourcing capability, using data, technology and AI to identify and assess talent faster and more thoroughly. But technology never replaces the conversation. That is where the real intelligence lives.
Every search is led by a senior consultant with direct market experience. We meet our candidates, in person wherever possible, because you cannot truly represent someone you have never properly got to know.
Our process is rigorous. We qualify hard before we submit. Our CV-to-first-interview conversion rate is 51% against a contingency market average of 10-25%, while our offer back-out rate is approximately 20% against an industry average closer to 40%.
Those numbers are the consequence of doing the work properly. It is also why we operate exclusively wherever possible. It consistently delivers better outcomes for clients and candidates.
