The role:
They’re currently seeking a structured, proactive and analytical Marketing Manager to join their team based in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing function in a world leading technology company. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth, brand awareness and support sales efforts through effective marketing demand generation campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales and Business Development to plan and execute lead generation programs to fill sales pipelines. The successful candidate will be ambitious with a proven track record in B2B marketing, with a particular expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and developing the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel in the most cost-effective way possible.
  • Leverage digital channels to promote the business and drive lead generation and growth.
  • Working with the marketing team to implement marketing plans proactively across all channels including SEO, email marketing, social media, webinars, global events and unearth new marketing channels .
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Live and breathe marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and work closely with other teams to achieve goals.
  • Plan and manage industry leading content including video, whitepapers, eBooks, customer success stories, website information and news stories working with our marketing team and external specialists.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Your profile:
  • 3rd level degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Experience planning and implementing a marketing strategy and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong communication and experience in managing a team.
  • Experience within a financial services or SaaS organisation would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, hungry and results orientated.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude with sense of humour.
