Shane has over 15 years of commercial experience in the recruitment industry, predominantly gained in senior consultancy and leadership roles across various domains including contingency, flexible, retained, executive search, online and RPO.
Throughout his recruitment career, he has gained experience across a wide variety of disciplines including sales, marketing, HR, operations, digital & technology.
Shane leads our Talent Solutions division with responsibility for service delivery to our Tier 1 RPO clients.
