Position Overview:
As the Marketing & PR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of the brand and driving strategic initiatives that elevate their presence in the market. You'll lead the brand's communication strategy, fostering strong relationships with media, influencers, and consumers alike. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster authentic connections with their audience. From cultivating media relationships to securing strategic partnerships, you'll be the driving force behind the brand's presence in the press and beyond.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry leaders to secure meaningful media coverage and collaborations that align with the brand values and objectives.
- Drive the creation of engaging content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media. Your ability to craft compelling stories will resonate with the company’s diverse audience and drive engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of immersive events, from product launches to brand activations, ensuring seamless integration with the overall brand strategy and objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Integrate PR seamlessly into the digital marketing efforts, leveraging social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement. Your digital savvy and understanding of emerging trends will be essential in maximising online presence.
- Proactively manage brand reputation, navigating sensitive situations with tact and integrity. By analysing market trends and consumer insights, you'll identify opportunities for innovation and growth, ensuring the brand remains agile and competitive in a dynamic landscape.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Your proven track record in strategic thinking, relationship-building, and project management will set you up for success in this role.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a keen attention to detail. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and convey the brand's message effectively will be crucial to driving engagement and loyalty.
- Digital proficiency is a must, with experience in leveraging social media, email marketing, and web analytics to amplify PR efforts and drive brand awareness.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, along with a passion for beauty and a commitment to
