Adam heads up Insurance at Fortis, bringing years of experience recruiting across the Irish insurance and financial services markets. From specialist technical hires to senior leadership appointments, he knows the market, knows the people in it and, more importantly, usually knows who to call.

Originally from the UK, Adam's move to Ireland wasn't exactly part of a carefully mapped-out career plan. He met his future wife while on holiday in Spain, followed her back to Ireland and never left. 12 years, two daughters and a very established life here later, it's probably fair to say the move worked out.

Outside Fortis, you'll generally find him somewhere outdoors, preferably hiking. And if you spend any length of time with Adam, prepare to be asked to rank something. Films, restaurants, holiday destinations, footballers, albums, crisps. It doesn't really matter what the subject is. The "What's your top five...?" question is coming eventually!
