Make an impact. Own and grow a commercial portfolio, negotiate smart with the market, and deliver rock-solid service to mid-market clients. You’ll handle renewals end-to-end, keep compliance watertight, and build lasting relationships that stick.
The Job
- Grow and retain a quality book; build a healthy pipeline and hit targets.
- Negotiate covers and pricing that fit client needs, not just the brochure.
- Run renewals seamlessly: data gathering, re-broking, submissions, terms & docs.
- Keep CRM/sales plans current and collaborate tightly with internal teams.
- Advise clearly on conditions, exclusions and implications.
The Person
- 5+ years’ commercial broking/Account Exec experience.
- CIP (MCC role) and progressing towards MDI.
- Strong knowledge of the Irish commercial market and insurer network.
