The Job
- Drive growth: Achieve monthly new business and renewal targets.
- Build relationships: Proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Become an expert: Deepen your knowledge of commercial insurance and industry trends.
- Generate leads: Actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Close deals: Successfully negotiate and close deals to drive revenue.
- Proven sales skills: A track record of success in a sales role.
- Technical expertise: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication: The ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Positive attitude: A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Relevant qualifications: CIP, MDI, or ACII qualification.
- Industry experience: Minimum 3 years experience in commercial insurance.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience but expect €75k - €95k base salary as a guide, an excellent bonus scheme, and a suite of benefits.
