Finance Manager - Real Estate Fund
One of the world’s leading Investment Management firms is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Dublin based Finance team.
This role will be focused on managing the day to day financial activities of a newly opened, open-ended Real Estate Fund.
This is a key and highly visible role and will require interaction with senior member of the business based both in Ireland and the US
Role and Responsibilities:

Financial control, oversight and reporting for the Fund. Develop key internal controls

Oversight and review of valuations, management fees, carried interest calcs, investor capital balances and financial statements

Execute and review capital transactions

Collaborate, cross functionally to manage fund operational activities

Quarterly financial and regulatory reporting

Prepare annual financial statements and investor capital statements

Budgeting and forecasting for the fund

Work on key / strategic projects as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Qualified accountant (or similar) with 3-5 years’ relevant PQE
-
Ideally Real Estate experience
-
Experience in open-ended or ‘hybrid’ PE funds
-
Detailed knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
