The Role
You'll manage claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering excellent customer outcomes while ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with company and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing motor or property claims throughout the full claims lifecycle
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims journey
- Reviewing documentation and policy coverage
- Assessing liability and making informed claims decisions
- Setting and managing reserves within authority levels
- Identifying potential fraud indicators and escalating where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate records and claims documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
About You
We're keen to speak with claims professionals who have:
- Approximately 18 months to 3+ years' claims experience
- Experience within motor claims, property claims, or a similar insurance claims environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- A customer-focused approach
- Good judgement and decision-making ability
- Ambition to develop their career within a growing organisation
