Finance Manager
One of the world’s leading Investment Management firms is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Dublin based Finance team.
This role will be focused on managing the day to day financial activities of a newly opened, open-ended Real Estate Fund.
This is a key and highly visible role and will require interaction with senior member of the business based both in Ireland and the US
Role and Responsibilities:
- Financial control, oversight and reporting for the Fund. Develop key internal controls
- Oversight and review of valuations, management fees, carried interest calcs, investor capital balances and financial statements
- Execute and review capital transactions
- Collaborate, cross functionally to manage fund operational activities
- Quarterly financial and regulatory reporting
- Prepare annual financial statements and investor capital statements
- Budgeting and forecasting for the fund
- Work on key / strategic projects as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (or similar) with 3-5 years’ relevant PQE
- Ideally Real Estate experience
- Experience in open-ended or ‘hybrid’ PE funds
- Detailed knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
