The Job:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into active insurance policies
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide accurate quotes and explain coverage and benefits clearly
- Follow up on inquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates
- Proactively manage policy renewals to ensure continued client satisfaction
- Re-engage clients with lapsed or at-risk policies to retain business
- Deliver professional, empathetic support and resolve client queries effectively
- Handle complaints or escalations to a high standard
- Build long-term relationships through reliable, customer-focused service
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotes, and sales in the CRM system
- Stay current with product, pricing, and compliance updates
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared targets
The person:
- APA qualification preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet targets while delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Compliant with Minimum Competency Code and CPD requirements
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
The Offer:
- Full-time permanent job
- Available fully remote for experienced candidates or hybrid out of the Company's offices nationwide.
- A strong salary is available, depending on relevant experience and qualifications, ranging from €30k to €40k, plus an excellent bonus/commission (~€10k - €18k per annum bonus, the average with some exceeding this)
