Corporate Finance Manager
Manager - Corporate Finance - Sunny South East
My client are growing their Corporate Finance team in Ireland, and are looking for an expereinced Corporate Finance Manager to join the fold and make an impact on deal delivery. This role is a new role and driven by a strong pipeline and new growth for the team.
Great opportunity for someone coming from a TS or FDD background and wanting to move into Advisory or strong option for someone in an advisory role but might be keen to relocate, or get exposure to a different way of working and learning.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions from inception through close, as part of a wider team
- Provide key decision support information for transactions, using internal or external resources as needed
- Build working relationships with a wide range of service providers
- Expected to provide mentoring for less experienced team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years relevant Deals work experience
- Investment Banking or Lead Corporate Finance experience a plus
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaborate on various teams
- Exceptional communicator, with an ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders in a fast paced and dynamic environment
