Global Accounts Payable Manager
A best-in-class, high-performing global firm is hiring a Global Accounts Payable Lead to join its rapidly growing Dublin Finance Operations function. This is a senior, global role at the centre of a significant Dublin build-out.
Strategic, controls-focused and high visibility. This role is for an experienced AP leader who wants to own and shape a global function, not just run day-to-day processing.

THE ROLE
🟣 Own end-to-end global AP operating model - invoices, T&E, payments and controls
🔵 Lead and develop regional managers and analyst teams across multiple locations
🟣 Own the AP control environment - vendor master, bank validation and payment authorisation
🔵 Partner with Accounting on month-end close, accruals, intercompany and reconciliations
🟣 Drive process improvement and automation across Oracle Cloud and related systems
🔵 Build KPI reporting and dashboards and act as escalation point for complex issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
🟣 15+ years in AP, P2P or Finance Ops, including leadership of a global or multi-region function
🔵 Experience managing managers across regions and time zones
🟣 Large ERP experience - Oracle, SAP or similar
🔵 Strong technical accounting and a rigorous controls mindset
🟣 Background in a large shared services or GBS environment
