Investment Controller
A boutique Investment firm in Ireland that provide a range of management company, investment management and fund administration services is now looking to add a highly motivated Investment Controller. The successful person will be responsible for financial and regulatory reporting on behalf of liquid alternative funds managed by the management company and collaborate with existing functions to ensure effective oversight of delegated investment activities for these funds.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination and review of annual and semi-annual reports for Irish, Cayman and Luxembourg UCITS and AIFs
- Audit planning and management for Irish and Luxembourg UCITS and AIFs
- Co-ordination and management of SFTR reporting requirements in connection with financial statement production
- Production of reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to key stakeholders including fund boards, senior management and regulatory bodies
- Preparation and filing of regulatory reporting with international regulatory authorities (CBI, CSSF, NFA, etc)
- Tax reporting with international tax authorities
Skills and qualifications:
- Finance-related degree or similar qualification;
- A challenging mindset with a desire to understand the impact of various investment transactions
- Experience in the funds/investments industry with solid NAV experience
- Stamp 4 visa/EU Passport
The Offer:
On offer is €45,000 - €60,000 (D.O.E) + bonus + benefits (VHI, 12% pension contribution, study support etc.) working in a hybrid policy.
