What You'll Do

• Deliver expert, tailored mortgage advice and guide clients toward the right solution
• Run thorough financial assessments to identify the most suitable mortgage options
• Own the full mortgage journey from initial engagement through to completion, working closely with lenders and internal teams
• Build and convert your own pipeline through internal referrals, external networks and self-generated business
• Keep the CRM and referral records sharp and up to date
• Help shape and improve internal mortgage processes as the business scales

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a mortgage broker
• QFA qualified (minimum requirement)
• Strong track record of converting applications to completions
• Solid grasp of the Irish mortgage regulatory landscape
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with both proactive and reactive client support
• A target-driven mindset paired with genuine attention to detail
